Painting Harry Styles on a Sunday

I was itching to paint today. It's a feeling I haven't had in a while! Painting has always been pretty enjoyable for me if I'm in the right mood, but that's the key. Lately, I haven't felt the urge, so when I got the itch, I decided I better scratch it. I had two failed drawings before I came up with this painting so I guess the motto of the day is: if at first you don't succeed, try, try again!

I have this weird thing where I can only paint to the White Stripes. It's like my painting music. I expanded today to also include The Raconteurs as well since it's still got Jack White.

If you're looking for a great documentary and you like music, try It Might Get Loud. It was playing on a DC to LAX flight that I was on years ago and it was super fascinating.

Video: As Expected, Elounor Returns

My reaction to this whole thing

My reaction to this whole thing

I was hesitant to predict Elounor would make a come back when it looked like things could be headed that way because it's not a good look for anyone, especially Eleanor, but I guess I underestimated the power of beard money!

Once again, my pet peeve of women being portrayed as willing to cancel work events for their man came to pass. I feel like we've gone back in time to 2012 when I joined this fandom!

Let's hope this brings about the end of this madness!

Blondie's "Fun" Video is a Gorgeous Romp of Everything Blondie Should Be!

I grew up on Blondie. I used to roller skate to Heart of Glass endlessly. And her latest video/song for "Fun" is everything I love about Blondie. It sounds like Blondie decades later. You could put this out in the early 80s and no one would be the wiser, yet it fits right now too.

The video is a gorgeous blend of black and white video of Blondie looking amazing at 71 and the story of an androgynous astronaut landing on another planet.

What's great is guest appearances by Raja (above) as the martian who introduces the astronaut to a fabulous Studio 54-esque party scene (and keep your eyes peeled for Sutan aka Raja's real life alter ego, crusing the club -- below).

It was filmed by Beyonce's Lemonade director Dikayl Rimmasch so of course it's amazing:

Rimmasch described the main character as "a beautiful androgynous kid kind of drugged-out, cruising to Mars and finding a party there." Then speaking of the narrative he said "the whole trip was in this characters mind. We didn’t want to take the sci-fi elements too seriously, so we did these light-hearted animations and shot in this minimal Apollo capsule set."

I expect to hear this in all the club (gay or otherwise) because "Fun" is pure Blondie fun!

Video: Better Grab a Drink & Some Snacks....This is Long!

This is the longest video I've done so far I think! So, stock up on drinks and snacks before pressing play.

The Sun did an article about Gemma calling out the fake Harry account. They had a bunch of quotes from an unnamed 1D fan account, which was yours truly! I guess they didn't want to quote "LesbiansLoveLouis" as their source LMAO. Here's the post they got the quotes from LOL.

Me as Louis about how his team seems to be doing promo:

Everyone is wondering if we're getting Elounor 2.0. Hard to say, but it's just so obvious when they do this stuff. They always do the same tired script.

Louis tweeted about Devlin's new album, which includes a song with the following lyrics:

TV just lies, they just manipulate the truth
What you need to understand is the Government runs the news
So is it true _____ fathered a baby?
I don’t really think so, if you ask me he don’t like ladies
Could have been Harry, yeah, I bet it was Harry
Fingered a Gary, filled her with Harry
And let ______ marry

Which are awfully interesting lyrics. So I discuss that a bit!

I also talk about the ridiculousness of having Louis linked to 4 (!) ladies at the same time - Briana, Danielle, Eleanor, and Bella Thorne. How gay must you be to require that many beards (and a baby!) at once!

I briefly touch on Harry solo rumors. And then I eject from that convo ASAP! I also ramble on a bit about this dark comedy idea I had that I'm sure I'll never write or do anything with but Simon makes a deal with the devil to get a successful boyband but through a series of tragic events, Harry's a vampire, Louis is a fairy (the wing kind...and well, the other kind too), Liam's a werewolf, and Niall's a zombie. Hilarity ensues as they have to keep Niall from eating brains, Liam's gotta deal with unwanted hair growth, and Larry are just as obsessed as always, but with more blood and a lot of fairy dust.

And there's tons more I'm forgetting or am too lazy to type out so just sit back and lose an hour of your life!

How To Identify Fake Celebrity Social Media Accounts

Today, one of the big fake Harry Styles accounts was FINALLY closed down. I had talked about this previously in one of my videos about how this account had made audio files to "prove" he was Harry (but was not) and how people were believing him. Well, I went on a rampage on Twitter today after I found out minors had been sending nudes to this account. I DM'd Harry and his mom, Anne, because I was worried a man was trying to prey on young teens. Several men have already been arrested for pretending to be Harry and getting minors to perform sex acts on webcam or send nudes.

Whether it was my actions or someone else that got her attention, Harry's sister, Gemma, tweeted about the account being fake and it was suspended shortly after that. Sadly, this account and others had been up for awhile and fans had even given risque pictures and money to this fake account. It usually takes getting the attention of the celebrity or someone in their circle to debunk these fake accounts and that can take time. People need to be skeptical on the internet so they don't get tricked by these fake accounts and you are never to young to learn. So, what can you do to identify fake accounts?

Only Trust Accounts Linked From Known Verified Accounts

This is the most basic rule - only trust accounts linked from known verified accounts. If Real Harry posts a link to his Instagram on his known real verified Twitter (@harry_styles), then you can trust that Instagram account is his account. In all these fake accounts, NONE of them have ever been linked to the real celebrity accounts.

A Fake Account Won't Post Faces

Fake accounts obviously can't post pictures (since then you'd see they were fake) so they try to trick you other ways. They will post a pair of legs wearing something similar to what the celeb would wear or a pic of something that the celeb might own (like a fancy scented candle). These techniques are trying to convince you they are real (since they can't show you their face). This recent fake Harry account posted videos, but they were audio only - a red flag that it was a man faking Harry's voice.

A Fake Account Will Use Pics Available in the Public (But May Try To Make Them Seem New)

One way fake accounts try to convince you they are real (since they can't take their own pics) is to use rare pics that may seem "new" to people or they will take video screencaps to try and make them seem legit. This one can be hard to prove unless you are super knowledgeable of the rare pics or videos, but usually if you ask around, someone will have seen the pic or will recognize the video still. You can try to find the pic by doing a google image search - go to and drop the picture into the search bar. If the pic is all over the internet, it's just the faker using an old pic.

Sweat the Small Stuff

Check for details that don't make sense. The Fake Harry account said Niall was going to be at the Grammys. He wasn't. The Fake Harry posted a pic where Real Harry's tattoos should have been visible. They weren't. Fakers often post at odd hours or in the wrong time zone for the "real" person. Details like this add up to one big fake!

Fake Accounts Often Use a Network of Other Fake Accounts to Legitimize Each Other

A common technique fakers use is to create a network of other fake accounts. They all talk to each other and if you believe one, then you ended up believing all of them because they'll interact with each other. Ask yourself why these celebrities would need these separate accounts to chat with each other when they already do that on their REAL accounts.

The Fake Account Will Act Differently Than the Celeb's Known Behavior

Sometimes fans want to believe this "alternate reality" where the celebrities interact more than or in a different way than they do in real life. There is a Louis fake that tweets a fake Briana. They interact whereas the Real Louis doesn't tweet the Real Briana. In this alternate world, Louis and Briana are happily tweeting each other and some fans enjoy that. There used to be Fake Harry and Fake Louis accounts on tumblr that would interact with each other. Sadly, this faker had made one of them abusive and the other one a cutter. People would get so mad at the "abuser" and worried for the "cutter" and I often worried that fans were thinking horrible things about real live people who weren't doing this in real life. One thing that really disgusted me was all the fake "Tomlinson/Deakin" accounts, which were "mourning" Jay's death and toying with fans emotions at a time when the real Tomlinson/Deakins were dealing with a PRIVATE personal family tragedy. These fake accounts used this sad event to get followers and fans wanted to believe it because they wanted that connection with the family at a time when fans were so sad for Louis and his family.

A Fake Account Will Often Claim Their Account is the Private One Even If It's Open to the Public

These fake accounts always claim these are their "private" accounts where they can be "real" yet these accounts are almost always open to the public! That makes no sense! Often, celebrities social media accounts are run, in part, by their team. They aren't going to have ANOTHER account that's free to do whatever it wants and it isn't "private" if it's a public account! That's the whole reason the celebrity's team has access to their account in the first place! Some fakers will make their accounts "private" and you'll have to be added, but again, realize that celebrities are busy people. They don't have time to be chatting all day with fans and approving friend requests and accepting follows for a "private" account. A lot of the fakers, especially on tumblr try act like the celebrities, using similar wording or picture style. There's a lot of "fake deep" pretend Harry accounts that come close by not being over the top, but ultimately they all fuck up somehow. The devil is in the details.

A Fake Account Will Try to Contact Fans on Things Like Kik, Facetime, etc.

This recent fake Harry account was Facetiming with fans and even got fans to give him money (the fans would somehow buy presents and the fake Harry would receive coins (bitcoins?) in return). Fake accounts have skyped and kik'd and all sorts of things with fans. Real celebrities like Harry are not going to be doing this unless it's arranged in advance by their team (i.e., via Make A Wish or contest winners). Again, celebrities are busy. As much as you want to believe that they are taking the time to talk to you personally, you are one of millions of fans. While that sounds great to fans, be realistic and realize the celebrity can't and won't do that with fans unless it's an official thing.

A Fake Account Will Want Something From You

Real celebrities just want you to be their fans. They want you to buy their songs or watch their movies and just enjoy what they have created. They have money. They don't need you to send them money or buy something that somehow gives them internet coins. They definitely won't be asking you for nudes (or you'll see them exposed in TMZ someday!). Ask yourself why "Harry" would need money or why a 23 year old man would want to risk his career by messing around with minors.

A Fake Account May Try to Guilt Fans When Called Out

Fake accounts usually do get called about by savvy fans, but they often try to guilt their "fans" into believing they are being falsely accused. They may throw a tantrum and say things like "People keep doubting me, it makes me want to delete." Obviously, the fans who have been interacting with "Harry" will be afraid of losing that connection and they may try to fight against people who are trying to call out the fake. This happened to me today when I called out the fake Harry. A fan came at me for not believing it was Harry. A real celebrity will never do that since they can easily prove they are who they say they are.

I understand that fans are so desperate for that connection with a celebrity that they will believe these fakes, but for your own safety, you need to be skeptical. You need to be safe and watch out for yourself on the Internet. You are never too young to start learning how to spot lies and how to spot fakes.

And, please don't send nudes to anyone. Celebrities don't want nudes, especially from minors (it's a crime!), and if the person you are sending it to is a fake, you have no idea how your picture may be used. Once it's out there, they could post it on p*rn sites or use it to blackmail you (which actually did happen to one Harry fan who thought she was talking to "Harry". He blackmailed her into performing sex acts on camera for him. The man was 45 years old).

It's great to be a fan. Just don't be so desperate to "meet" your fave that you miss the warning signs and red flags of a fake account. Your fave celebs want you to be safe so you are around to enjoy their music!

Daily Flail Workout: Out of this World!

This is my second attempt with doing a Drag Me Down workout. I had to change the backing track to the Kidz Bop version so sorry that you wont hear it from 1D themselves, but I really loved this workout. You can always learn it to this one and then do it along to the real song on your own!

I wore my galaxy tights and Space Shiba shirt just for this song!

Video: Royal Peach Palette Review, Fake Accounts, The Return of Eleanor

Whew! So much happened in the span of like 20 minutes. I got my Kylie Royal Peach Palette and the colors are gorgeous. It does smell! But I think it's the box not the eyeshadows. Anyways, the rumored smell wafting off of the Royal Peach Palette is true, but I didn't find it all that horrible. I didn't smell it until I sniffed it directly.

I went on a twitter crusade against a fake Harry Styles account that has been posting videos with audio only and sounded vaguely like Harry but obviously wasn't. I found out minors had sent nudes to the account (thinking it was real Harry). I DM'd Harry and his mom, Anne, on twitter, just because I thought they should know. Whether that or some of the drama that came out of this account got their attention, IDK, but Gemma (Harry's sister) tweeted about the account being fake. Don't send your nudes, kids. Now some weirdo perv has them and that's awful. And don't send them to real celeb accounts either. You don't know them, they don't know you. How would you feel if a random stranger sent you a dick pic? Just don't do it.

Eleanor Calder, Louis famous ex-fakelationship stunt girl is back. They seem to be following the usual "social media follows to establish a relationship" script like always. Louis has been wearing Vetements a lot and surprise! Eleanor has been promoing Vetements as well. Color me shocked. Not. It's a good thing I saved my El "WTF" gifs from the last go around.

Of course, right after I made this video, pap pics of Louis appeared. Expect the articles with headline "New dad Louis Tomlinson spotted getting coffee while reconnecting with Ex pretty brunette Eleanor Calder" in 3...2...1. If she plays some starring role in ending this mess, then so be it. Otherwise, move along. We have enough stunts in this fandom right now. We're all full.

Happy Valentine's Day!

This is the first year in 10 years that I haven't spent with my girlfriend. We're long distance so I usually go up to NYC for Valentine's Day. Sadly, with all the time I took off during my mom's illness and subsequent death, I haven't been able to take as much now since I'm lacking in both vacation days and money! But, my niece and I had dinner with my father and hopefully made his first Valentine's alone a little better.

We spent the weekend boxing up my mom's clothes to donate and I ended up taking a few...ok more than a few...things that looked like they'd fit me. One thing was the shirt above! I think this is the first time I've worn bright colors in decades. I wear so much black my niece teases me. So, maybe this is me turning over a new leaf!

I've been struggling with panic attacks again, which is super annoying. I've gone through phases of this for years since my 20s and I think my mom's death sort of brought some of this back. I've also been struggling with sinus/ear problems that are affecting my balance and tha doesn't help with the panic attack mess. The funny thing is that no one except my girlfriend really knows about them. I can usually work through them on my own and no one is the wiser, but it would be nice to not have this happen at all. It's a battle to get out of your own head, I think.

Anyways, if you celebrate Valentine's Day, have a good one. If you don't celebrate it or are partner-less, have a good night!

Highlights of the Grammys

Overall, the show was decent. I've tended to get bored during award shows lately and this year's Grammys did have a few slow moments. But, with tributes to George Michael and Prince, it felt pretty jam-packed. James Corden opened up with a monologue that had potential (clumsy 1st timer falling on the stairs), but segued into a rap that was hard to understand (and I love James, don't get me wrong!).

The highlight was Beyonce's performance. A mix of on-screen taped video and in-person singing, the performance was beautifully done while still allowing the very pregnant Beyonce to be seated for a lot of it.

Metallica and Lady Gaga performed a heavy duet, which started on a bad note when James Hetfield's mic didn't work. He ended up sharing with Gaga until they fixed him, but technical difficulties like that seem sort of unacceptable. You had one job!

Adele was the big winner - taking home song, record, and album of the year. She gave tribute to Beyonce and Lemonade. It was an emotional night for Adele, after restarting her tribute song to George Micheal and cursing and then apologizing for cursing.

Bruno Mars and The Time did the Prince tribute, which was everything you'd want from a Prince tribute!

Josh Dun and Tyler Joseph of Twenty One Pilots accepted their Grammy in their underwear, telling a story about how before they became famous, they had said they should accept a Grammy in their underwear if they ever won one.

All in all, not bad!

Kylie Jenner's Wet Look Hair at Alexander Wang NYFW show: Flail or Fail?

I enjoy seeing what Kylie Jenner does with her hair since she seems to mix it up quite a bit, but this is one look I'm not a fan of. It's got that "wet look" and I don't think it's a good look for her. She was at the Alexander Wang NYFW show.

One look I did love was Teyana Taylor. That is perfection right there.

I actually love some of Alexander's outfits from the show. Here's two looks on Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner:

Kylie's been in a bit of drama over her makeup. First, people were pointing out that Blitzen and Spice seem to be the exact same color and now people are contacting the Better Business Bureau over her Royal Peach Eyeshadow Palette, which people say stinks...literally! They say it has a chemical smell and it's giving people headaches. It may have just been a bad batch, but every time I turn around, there's more Kylie Cosmetics drama.

Clive Davis Annual Pre-Grammy Gala: Zayn Malik, Paris Jackson, Lorde

Clive Davis' Pre-Grammy Gala is an annual tradition and always good for celeb-spotting. This year included Zayn Malik, Britney SpearsParis Jackson, Lorde, and then throw a few Kardashians into the mix. Zayn looked great in an elaborate suit while Lorde managed to just look so "real". Britney was out there being Britney. Paris Jackson looked gorgeous and is becoming one of my fave faces to watch.

Me wondering why Kris and Kourtney are at a Grammy party:

Video: Kylie's Diary Review, Harry Styles Solo Rumors, Louis Tomlinson Out Schmoozin

In this video, I review Kylie's Diary - spoiler: I love it! I also talk about the unending Harry Styles solo rumors and why you actually can want Harry to put out solo stuff, but also be skeptical of the information in the media. I also talk about Louis Tomlinson out there living life and hobnobbing with important folks.

Towards the end, I also talk about contouring and makeup in general as well as plastic surgery!

Louis Tomlinson Spotted at The Chainsmokers Pre Grammy Turn Up

Louis Tomlinson was spotted at The Chainsmokers Pre Grammy Turn Up at the Private Residence of Jonas Tahlin, CEO Absolut Elyx Vodka. I'm flailing over the Givenchy sweatshirt. I'm flailing that he was at a pre-Grammy party. I'm flailing that it was held at the private home of a dude who is the CEO of a luxury vodka company (hook me up, son!). Here he's pictured with the VP of Marketing for Columbia Records.

Bring it! Just keep the Louis pics coming.

Looks I Loved and Hated This Week: Kendall Jenner in La Perla and Dakota Johnson in Madrid

Kendall Jenner turned heads in this sheer gown from La Perla that she wore during the La Perla Fall/Winter 2017 RTW Show. Super gorgeous outfit!

On the other hand, Dakota Johnson wore a super hot mess dress to the 'Fifty Shades Darker' Madrid Premiere. So many ruffles. Jamie Dornan looks concerned. I feel you, bro. Although, I don't know what happened to Jamie. He aged like a billion years since he made the movie. Not a good look.

Daily Flail Workout: The Hills...Have a Slow Routine or a Cooldown

So, YouTube muted the audio for this video because it contained the song The Hills by The Weeknd. If you want to do this video, you could probably start the song about the time I get up from the computer and it should be close. I'm going to have to find songs that they don't strip out like this!

I was procrastinating big time on my workout today. This song is pretty slow so it's an easier workout - maybe best for a cooldown or warmup. Or just a day where you feel kind of lazy!
